Lactose and gluten free

Ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), gelatin (bovine), lipase, co-enzyme (Q-10), lactase, α-galactosidase, phytase, α-amylase, protease, anticaking agent (magnesium stearate).

Dosage instructions: 1 capsule a day with water, with meals. Do not consume medication or alcohol one hour before nor after taking the enzyme product.

Substances of dietary supplement and their recommended daily intake: Lipase 7,07 u*, co-enzyme (Q-10) 4,98 mg, lactase 176,5u*, α-galactosidase 105,9u*, phytase 7,06u*, α-amylase 353u*, protease 176,5u*.
