Byodo organic first press pumpkin seed oil. Good taste is shown by colour – with our organic pumpkin seed oil it is dark green. The art of roasting seeds is decisive for pumpkin seed oil. Only perfectly roasted seeds create the typical nutty flavour. Before this oil is pressed the organic seeds are roasted – in old tradition. Byodo Pumpkin Seed Oil lends a rich-nutty flavour to soups, sauces as well as raw vegetable salads and desserts. All organic byodo oils are gained through a cold-pressing process, which is gentle on nutrients – naturally won from the first pressing. These authentic, virgin premium oils are simply filtered after the cold pressing process. The frying oils and mild premium oils are gently washed in water steam (=deodorized).
