The Rooibos shrub grows wild in the highlands of the Cedarberg plateau west of South Africa. This unfermented plain rooibos, sundried, retains its natural wealth of vitamins and higher level in antioxidants than the fermented variety. It is a caffeine free infusion with herbal notes combining delicate flavours. A very pleasant infusion that can be enjoyed all day long.

Let steep for 5-6 minutes.
