DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Shake and prime the pump 2-3 times before first use, replace cap afterwards. Rinse nozzle when congested. Spray under the tongue or inside the cheek.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: Take one spray close to bedtime. To reduce jet lag use on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination. One spray provides 1.9 mg of melatonin.
