Lapacho tea has a long tradition in the rainforests of Middle and South America. The Inca called Lapacho “Tree of Life” and applied it as a healing remedy. Recommended use: Boil 1 heaped tablespoon of bark in ½ litre water for 5 minutes, then let is draw for 15 minutes. Sweeten with honey. A little splash of lemon juice will help to dissolve the mineral nutrients.
